GlowUp: AI Habit Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

• User Input: Text you enter in the app (habits, reflections) and your follow-up chat messages are sent to our server and to Claude AI, a third-party AI service operated by Anthropic, PBC, to generate your personalized analysis. Anthropic does not use this content to train AI models. Your analyses and chats are stored on our servers with your anonymous device ID so we can provide follow-up chat and usage limits; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Anonymous Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored securely on your device is used to track usage limits. It is not linked to your identity.
• Usage Analytics: Earlier versions of the app sent anonymized usage events (screens viewed, features used) to PostHog to help us improve the app. Versions released from October 2026 do not use PostHog or any other third-party analytics. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase data is managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store payment details.
• Device Preferences: App settings (theme, notifications) are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage.

Data Retention

Your analyses and chat conversations are stored on our servers with your anonymous device ID until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data from earlier app versions is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

GlowUp: AI Habit Coach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
